fixed level generator: was stalled again in very big levels

Fixed the level generator again, because it got stalled in endless testing, deeply dug in a stupid recursion. Added an addition "enough space" check to avoid overlong recursions. The problem were cases where the lvl gen build itself a "prison" where it could not deliver enough tiles but did not notice and tried stupidly unnecessarily many posibilites.
